The free-concept form

When you request a free concept, we collect the details you enter: first and last name, email, business name, your current website (optional), your business type, what you want visitors to feel or do, and anything else you add.

We use these only to prepare and send you the free concept and to reply to you. We do not sell them or use them for anything else.

How the form is delivered and stored

The form is sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards it to our email inbox (myscrolllab@gmail.com). The submission is stored in that inbox.

The message also records which language you filled the form in, so we can reply appropriately.

The Reel assistant

Reel is a session tool. It keeps nothing after you close or refresh the page, and we do not store your chat on our side.

To generate its replies, your messages are sent to Anthropic’s API (the company behind the Claude models). They are processed to produce an answer and are not used by us to build a profile of you. No account or sign-in is involved.

Analytics

Only if you press Accept in the cookie banner do we load anonymous analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). They measure aggregate usage and page performance. They do not identify you personally.

If you choose Essentials only, no analytics are loaded at all.

Cookies

Essential: your language choice (sl_locale) and your cookie choice (sl_consent). These are always set because the site cannot work without them.

Analytics: set only after you accept, to measure anonymous usage.

Your rights

You can ask us what data of yours we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email myscrolllab@gmail.com and we will act on it.
